This policy explains what personal data PAODO collects through this website, why, and what rights you have over it. It covers the contact form; the site sets no tracking cookies.
Who is responsible
PAODO is the data controller for the information collected here. For any question about this policy or your data, write to contact@paodo-solution.com.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you enter:
- Email address
- Company name
- Phone number (optional)
- Sector
- Company size
Why we collect it
We use these details solely to answer your enquiry and to discuss whether and how PAODO can help your organization. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not use your details for automated marketing, and we do not sell them.
Who processes it
The form is handled by Web3Forms (operated by Web3Creative), which receives the submission and delivers it to us by email. Web3Forms processes data on servers in the United States; those transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses under its Data Processing Agreement. Our email is hosted by Zoho on servers in the European Union.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to three years from our last contact with you, then delete it. Web3Forms automatically deletes stored submissions after 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data and to have it corrected, erased or its use restricted, to object to that use, and to receive a copy of it:

To exercise any of these, email contact@paodo-solution.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, so what you submit is encrypted in transit.

We may update this policy; the date at the top reflects the current version.
